Aransas County’s study team is in the early stages of a two-year, countywide drainage study planning process. This comprehensive effort focuses on gaining more knowledge about local flooding challenges and identifying long-term avenues to reduce flood risk across the county.
In addition to attending a public meeting, residents are encouraged to participate in a time-limited public comment survey, open from February 1 to 14. Feedback collected through the survey and at the meetings will help validate drainage concerns and overall inform solutions to benefit the entire community.
