That is why we are launching a new four-part interactive learning series in collaboration with Venture Café Fukuoka, as part of the Thursday Gathering meetup.
This series is designed for people who want to move from uncertainty to clarity. From scattered ideas to something tangible. From working alone to sharing a vision others want to support.
Session 1 | Discover
We start by asking a hard question. Why this problem, and why now?
Through design thinking methods, we will learn how to identify problems that are actually worth solving, not just interesting to talk about.
Session 2 | Understand
Not everyone is your user. And that is a good thing.
This session focuses on choosing which target group to prioritize based on impact and opportunity, using structured creative thinking exercises to challenge assumptions.
Session 3 | Create
This is where ideas meet reality.
We will move into rapid prototyping and continuous refinement, using vibe coding to build MVPs that address real pain points.
Session 4 | Share
Innovation does not move forward alone.
In the final session, participants learn how to clearly communicate their product and vision to potential partners. Direct, structured, and inspired by Silicon Valley pitching styles.
The series is designed for a bilingual audience. All presentations and materials are provided in both English and Japanese, creating a shared space for diverse perspectives and collaboration.
