　今は己の立場でのみの意見を対立させ、狭い了見の元にいろいろな決め事がされていきます。これではこれから、ますます多くの矛盾が生まれ、一向に解決をしないのは当然のことといっていいでしょう。
「逆のものさし道」では、そのような行動を慎み、多数決に流されることなく、本当の見方を身につけて、それぞれがそれぞれの「場」で、リーダーになっていただきたいと願っています。
「塾」から「講」、そして「道」へと進化していきました。
　物事の本質を見極め、判断する時の軸を作り、そして自ら考え行動していく歩みを。
読書のすすめ、清水店長を交えての逆のものさし道福岡勉強会。
