Join us for an intimate, chef-driven wine dinner celebrating contrast, balance, and elevated flavor. This thoughtfully curated evening features three courses and six wines, designed to invite guests into a guided tasting experience rather than a traditional pairing-only dinner.
Each course is complemented by two featured wine pairings, while four additional wines are offered as 1-ounce tasting pours, allowing guests to explore alternative expressions of Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon with refined, distinctive characteristics. This format encourages comparison, conversation, and a deeper appreciation of how regional styles and winemaking techniques influence each glass.
First Course – Appetizer
Flamed citrus medley over tomato carpaccio, finished with crushed pistachios, thinly sliced prosciutto, and scallion chimichurri.
Served alongside vibrant Sauvignon Blanc selections highlighting brightness, minerality, and depth.
Intermezzo
Talenti Sorbet to cleanse and refresh the palate before the main course.
Entrée Course
Grilled pepper-crusted flank steak (or upgrade to 12oz Pork Chop) with crispy spinach & feta polenta cakes, cherry blood sauce, and an assortment of roasted vegetables.
Paired with expressive Cabernet Sauvignon showcasing the nuance between California regions.
Dessert Course
Chef’s French-style bread pudding, offering a warm and indulgent finish to the evening.
