Grand Valley Beard Rally at Fruita Fall Festival
Calling all whiskers, mustaches, and magnificent beards! The Grand Valley Beard Rally is back at the 110th Annual Fruita Fall Festival, and this year it’s making its debut on Friday night!

Civic Center Park – Main Stage
In partnership with the Western Slope Whiskers Society, this fun and family-friendly competition celebrates the art of facial hair. Contestants will take the stage to show off their best styles—whether it’s full and flowing, finely groomed, or wildly creative.
Prizes, bragging rights, and the glory of being crowned one of the West’s best beards are all up for grabs!
Note the change: This year’s rally will be on Friday evening instead of Saturday, so don’t miss it.
Come cheer on your friends, family, and fellow community members, and join us in celebrating this whisker-filled tradition that’s become a Fruita Fall Festival favorite.
👉 Registration is $10 and all proceeds benefit the Fruita Foundation scholarship fund! Contestants must check in at the Civic Center Stage by 4:45 PM.
