Qigong in the Park

Free outdoor class. Hello, to those with a body. Come do Qigong with me. We get together weekly. It's a free offering to support greater mind body spirit balance through gentle, repetitive movements. We use our body awareness & imagination to gather & move our energy through the body in a harmonious way. The techniques you learn can be used in your daily life. You will feel better in your body - better in your mind. Come early for the Rx talk if this week's drug topic hits close to home. There's a FB group to join so we can communicate in between classes to offer encouragement, ask questions, shape the future classes with suggestions. Free outdoor class.
