The Neighborhood Wellness Access Point connects you with helpful wellness information and local services. These events are designed to be friendly, welcoming, and open to everyone—even if you’re not currently seeking services.

• Receive assistance with in-person or online behavioral health referrals
• Pick up free goodie bags and treats
• Learn about additional community services available to you and your family
• Share your feedback on local health needs
