Kick Masters University (Academic Semester #23) is committed to providing an atmosphere of high intensity and motivation. Students will develop the physical and mental skills necessary for advancement in the Kick Masters Karate program and will learn the benefits of implementing a healthy, more synergized lifestyle. Sessions will introduce students to various styles of martial arts, and to advanced, high-level training exercises.
The ultimate goal? To immerse participants in a cutting-edge environment instilling perseverance, goal setting, teamwork, and accountability. This camp is the real deal (for ages 10+).

Timed Sessions will concentrate on the following:
Weaponry, Sparring, Flexibility, Krav Maga, Throws and Ground Grappling, Pad/Bagwork, Nutrition, Aikido, Team Building, Physical Conditioning, and Endurance Training.

All activities will focus on developing the physical and mental conditioning of the student. A special awards graduation ceremony will commence upon completion. And yes, we will break boards!

	•	No uniform is required (dress in workout clothing). Please bring a water bottle with your name on it and your lunch (you’ll need to supply your own lunch).
	•	You’ll also need a notebook and something to write with to take notes.
