Speaker bio: Jose Gbaba's discernment journey was one filled with many twists and turns. While initially spending several years in formation as a Franciscan friar and a seminarian, God eventually led him to discern and embrace the vocation of holy matrimony as his state of life. In gaining a deeper insight into himself, he felt drawn to embrace mental health counseling as a career that would lead others in their journey towards human flourishing and sanctity. Jose holds a masters degree in Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and is now a Resident in Counseling with the Alpha Omega Clinic.

Shenandoah Valley TOT is held on a third Tuesday every quarter. The May 20 event will be held at Honey & Hops Brew Works located at 212 East Main Street Front Royal, VA 22630. It is hosted in partnership with Young Adults of St. John the Baptist and Sacred Heart Young Adults.
All adults (ages 19-35) single and married of all faith backgrounds are invited.
Socializing and drinks begin at 6:30 p.m. and the talk begins at 7:30 p.m.
