🎠Calling all actors, singers, and lovers of classic Americana! Join us for a toe-tapping, heartwarming musical adventure with Jordan River Theatre Company’s upcoming summer production of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s State Fair!
Based on the beloved 1945 film and set against the backdrop of a bustling Midwestern fair in the 1940s, State Fair follows the Frake family as they leave behind their farm for blue ribbons, new friendships, and unexpected romance. With a rich score by the legendary Rodgers and Hammerstein, including favorites like "It Might as Well Be Spring" and "It's a Grand Night for Singing," this timeless musical is brimming with charm, nostalgia, and a generous helping of good ol’ fashioned fun.

With a wide variety of lead, supporting, and ensemble roles, please come and bring your friends!
Auditions will be held:

🎶 Who can audition?
We encourage all interested performers ages 18 and up to come and audition, regardless of experience level.
🎠What to prepare:
Please prepare and bring a Broadway or Broadway-style song that showcases your vocal ability. An accompaniment track (on your phone or device) is preferred—we’ll have speakers ready. Singing a cappella is an option, but not recommended.
If you prefer a non-singing role, prepare a short monologue instead. Bring a performance resume or be ready to list your past experience on your audition form.
