Mojo Moves is a retro, feel good workout which combines comedy with proper dance aerobics.
It is hosted by larger than life character Cheryl Sprinkler, celebrity wellness guru & High Priestess of DISCO who is fabulous as well as being fully qualified in group exercise (ETM Level 2, health referrals Level 3) & insured.

At the back end of the 1970s Cheryl was dancing on Top of the Pops when a guy called Marty McFly showed up in a DeLorean and whisked her off to the 1980s. There she started work as an aerobics instructor and in 1987 was cryogenically frozen and has pretty much been defrosted every decade since, so her knowledge is broad, musical taste eclectic (spanning many eras and genres) and skin as youthful and elastic as the day she was thawed.

So dig out your mix tapes and let's release your inner backing dancer.

Classes are lit by disco lights only so you can really let go and imagine you are back on the dance floor with a Malibu and coke in one hand and a Jane Shilton clutch in the other (or on the floor to dance round).
