Low Impact Guided Activity Sessions - Frome

Fun and free one-hour low impact activity, movement and coordination sessions to support people who may have a health condition, anyone who would like some help to get moving or improve their balance and co-ordination.

All sessions will be guided by a professional coach and will be tailor-made for attendees.

🟣 ‘Taster’ opportunities for activities including tai-chi, yoga, boccia, new age curling and indoor archery.
🟣 Have a go with Virtual Reality (VR)
🟣 Have fun with our interactive projector
🟣 Try sport games on the Nintendo Switch
🟣 Try using an activity tracker watch and loan one for free
🟣 Explore our health and wellbeing collections for books to support healthy living, healthy eating and positive mental health.
