Our Enterprising Women will share how their ideas grew, the progress they've made, and their next steps to turn them into a reality.
For 20 weeks, a group of women have been on Edventure's 'Enterprising Women' course. We helped them gain momentum with their idea and feel confident doing so. They learned by doing things. They supported each other. We covered topics like business planning, funding, marketing, support, and organisation. Now they want to share their ideas with you. Come along and support them!
We want to create a supportive community for our enterprising women and their ideas. Please join us if you:
-Want to help local businesses grow.
-Want to support people to building meaningful livelihoods in Frome.
-Want to support women starting their own businesses/initiatives.
-Want to know what Edventure is doing.
At the event, they will talk about what their projects done and what they plan to do. Some of their projects include:
-Developing supportive girls circles to help support girls as their bodies change
-A series of workshops where you can learn to make your own natural cleaning products and other things for your home.
-An online shop with unique clothes made from old materials, and classes on how to sew.
-An audio course to support emotions & feelings of belonging
-A workshop series where you can make your own crafts.
-Developing a garden design consultation offer that helps customers draw from their personal journey
