ULTIMATE Pitmasters in The Making Class: Thanksgiving Edition

Join us for an exclusive BBQ class at Ice House led by our PGA Frisco Pitmaster and culinary team. In honor of the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday, Ice House is offering the ULTIMATE Pitmasters in The Making class focusing on brisket, ribs, and smoked turkey.

Our expert Pitmaster, Rick Adamo, will teach you all of his tricks when it comes to selecting the right cut of meat, plus mastering the art of trimming, seasoning, and smoking.

What to expect:

• A welcome drink (or mocktail)
• Overview and operation of our new indoor smoker and tour of our outdoor offset smoker
• Explanation of the Ice House brisket spec and a demonstration on how to trim a Texas-style brisket for smoking
• ULTIMATE Thanksgiving class exclusive - education, demonstration, and tasting of Ice House's ribs and smoked turkey
• In-depth review of smoking procedures including temperature, time, wrapping, and resting
• Tutorial on how to slice a brisket, highlighting the differences between moist (point) and lean (flat) cuts
• Opportunity to sample brisket straight off the smoker with three different styles of BBQ sauce
• Q&A session with Ice House’s Pitmaster and culinary team
• BBQ sauce takeaway gift
• Guests receive priority seating in Ice House if they choose to stay for lunch
