Scott Mages Memorial Spin & Express Bodypump Classes

Please join us on Sunday, February 1st for classes in Scott's honor. Sam Rand will teach a Spin class, directly followed by an Express Bodypump taught by Cynthia L.

Scott was training for a triathlon at the time of his death and loved fitness. Scott’s wife Hilda Liando-Mages thinks that this would be a great way to honor his memory.

Spin Class: 1-1:40 PM
Express Bodypump: 1:50-2:30 PM
