Mindful Bites (www.mindfulbites.org) invites kids, youth, and families to a visual, engaging session on mindful nutrition. Attendees will:
- Learn nutrition in a fun, visual way
- Discover how food fuels both body and mind
- Perfect for kids, youth, and families to attend together
- Be inspired by a youth-led movement making a community impact
💛 This event is FREE but we encourage attendees to bring jars of nut butter (peanut, almond, sunflower, etc.), one of the most needed items for local families to support our fundraiser for the North Texas Food Bank. Every jar helps fight hunger!
Regular size jars (not Costco size). Plastic (no glass) jars only.
