Event Overview:Ready to try something new? Join us for Intro to Row House: Curious to Confident, a FREE beginner-friendly rowing class designed to help you feel confident on the rower and comfortable in class.
In just 45 minutes, you’ll learn proper rowing technique on the Concept2 rower, get personalized coaching, and experience the rhythm and energy of our signature Row House format. This class is perfect for all fitness levels—no experience required!
Rowing is a low-impact, full-body workout that builds strength, boosts endurance, and supports long-term joint health. If you're curious about what we do or nervous to try your first class, this is the perfect place to start.
Bring water, wear workout clothes, and come ready to move. We’ll take care of the rest!
