FREE JiuJitsu Seminar

Join us for our FREE JiuJitsu seminar! This event is open to everyone. No experience needed at all. If you’ve ever been curious about JiuJitsu, this is the perfect chance to get a quick introduction, learn a few practical basics, and have a great time doing it.

What to expect
• A simple, welcoming intro to JiuJitsu fundamentals
• Hands-on instruction with plenty of guidance
• A fun, safe environment for total beginners
• Great workout, great people, great energy

What to bring
• Comfortable workout clothes (t-shirt and athletic shorts or leggings)
• Water bottle
• A positive attitude
