Renee will explore the art of identifying and foraging for medicinal herbs, highlighting various preservation techniques, and how to transform herbs into powerful remedies. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of Appalachian healing, including the cultural and historical significance of generational wellness practices.

As a lifetime practitioner of folk herbalism, Renee is passionate about creating products that nurture the mind, body, and spirit. Her mission is to reconnect people with the lost traditions of their ancestors, helping them rediscover the healing power of nature.
