Low Back Prevention Series

Join elevated PT at Jasmine Journey healing center every Tuesday from 10-11am July 1-August 12 (skipping July 29) for a progressive exercise class series focused on reducing and preventing low back pain. Each class will include practicing exercises that will progress in difficulty each week for you to use at home and maintain long term relief and prevention of low back pain. You will also learn more about your own body and how you can use the exercises to change daily poor movement habits you have. Each class will be $25. Reserve your spot here:
