Initiation à la boxe anglaise - La salita - Cours en plein air au Port
La Salita vous propose une initiation à la boxe anglaise ! Après l’échauffement place au cardio ! On poursuivra avec quelques jeux de réflexes et musculation et on enchaînera avec les techniques de bases de la boxe anglaise. Pour celles et ceux qui le souhaitent on fera quelques simulations de combats à la touche (sans force) sur les épaules et pour les autres vous pourrez tester vos premiers combos de coups. Pour finir votre premier entraînement de boxe, une petite remise au calme tout en souplesse.
