Fresno’s first Filipino restaurant, the iconic Bataan Café, was opened by Richard & Marie Campos during the early days of WWII and it became a community hub that brought people together over food, culture, and stories. Now, their granddaughters, Marietta Dalpez & Kelley McCoy, both Fresno State professors, are carrying that legacy forward… and they’re here to help you capture your own family stories.
This hands-on, fun-but-serious workshop will get you ready to:

All of our workshops are free to attend, but if you feel inclined to make a donation-- it will go towards the facilitator(s)
This workshop is being held at OAB room 118. All supplies you'll need will be provided! If you have any photos of loved ones, you'd want to share, feel free to bring them!
