“Loving-Kindness Mediation”

The Holistic Wellness Program would like to welcome Navjot Kaur to the team. She is Punjabi with a background in deep mediation among many other characteristics. She would like to extend an invitation for you to join her “Loving-Kindness Mediation” activity this Saturday at
10-11am, in the Holistic Main Space. The session is Open to the Public and Free to all, please arrive early. For all questions contact Navjot.
This is a perfect opportunity to come check out the class and get to know the gentleness of this new addition.
