Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) Group - Fremont

LFS has a group in the Fremont area called the Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) for individuals in recovery. This FREE group will focus on exploring ways to maintain your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Peer Support Specialists will facilitate the group, and participants will receive a certificate upon completion.
