Gates open at 9AM. Please don't show up at 8:30AM to just park on the street. Gates will be locked and the neighbors/town does not appreciate you parking outside the gates. Don't just go up the street and park on the corner. You annoy a whole new set of neighbors. Go grab a coffee. The gates will open when we do.
Class starts shortly after we get everyone registered. If you show up too late, there is always another year.
The RPC Airsoft SWAT Qualification Class is for those wishing to go beyond the normal styles of airsoft pew pew play.
The class will cover several subjects that are not normally encountered during normal play, such as simulated EOD scenarios, mines, sniping, and use of heavy weapons like Straffers and "Rocket Launchers".
Be aware that this will be the most boring day of your life.™ 😉
The class requires the taking of notes, a written test, and a practical shooting test. You will need a pen or pencil for notes and test taking. A chair is highly recommended. We will be doing a field walk during the course, so please dress appropriately for being in the bushes. For the shooting portion, a long rifle is required as well as proper eye protection. RPC will supply, drinks lunch, and notebooks. No other tactical gear or equipment is required.
Again, forget battle rattle. Bring chair and pen. Have your goggles and a long gun.
Please prepare for class to go past the 5PM depending on class size.
