Pop Up Pilates & Chai

Start your Saturday with movement, mindfulness, and chai. Join us for Pilates & Chai Pop Up — a rejuvenating morning featuring a gentle, all-levels Pilates session followed by a cozy chai tea social in the Fremont / Union City / Newark area.

Led by an experienced instructor, the class will focus on mobility, core strength, and mindful breathing. After class, unwind with a cup of fresh chai from Chai Shai Fremont and connect with fellow wellness enthusiasts.
