Join us for yoga & wildflowers at The Petal Patch.

Sink into deeply calming yoga postures that promote spinal lengthening, muscle release, and soothing tension—perfect for all levels, whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the mat. This practice is designed to invite ease and openness into your body while grounding you with the smell of wildflowers.

After your final savasana, you’ll be guided through the patch to hand-select your own blooming wildflowers. Each flower you gather becomes a symbol of your self-care and mindfulness, creating a beautiful keepsake to remind you of this moment of renewal & relaxation with a gentle reminder to be wild & unique.
