Join The Yoga Haven for a playful and peaceful yoga session designed especially for preschoolers and their caregivers. Through gentle movement, songs, stories, and breathwork, we’ll explore calm, connection, and coordination — together.

This 60-minute experience includes:
✨ 30 minutes of guided movement
🎨 30 minutes of creative activity

Perfect for little ones with big energy — and their grown-ups who need a moment of zen.
