Yin + Pin: A Spring Equinox Reset

Celebrate the turning of the season with a nourishing 90-minute Yin + Pin session.

We’ll begin with 60 minutes of gentle, grounding Yin Yoga with Cat to create space in body and mind, followed by a blissful 30-minute Savasana with calming acupuncture by Angela Connor.

The spring equinox is a moment of perfect balance between light and dark; a restorative pause to align with nature’s rhythm and support your own sense of renewal.
