ABOUT THE EVENING:
Our Oyster & Wine Night is a unique experience, distinct from our usual Wine Club. Enjoy a glass of sparkling on arrival before you settle in for a delicious and entertaining evening.
Brooke, from That Oyster Lounge, kicks off the night with live shucking of three different oyster varieties - your first three courses, each matched with a different Leeuwin Estate wine.
Following the oysters, delight in an entrée, main, and dessert course - thoughtfully crafted by The Left Bank’s talented chefs, Rocky and Mel - each paired with a hand-selected wine from Leeuwin Estate’s collection.

ABOUT OYSTER SHUCKER BROOKE:
Brooke being one of our only Perth female Oyster shuckers in the industry, she was blessed to have been trained up and mentored by Jerry Fraser. She is passionate about serving only the finest and highest quality Oysters to her clients and guest when attending functions.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• A set menu will be served—no dietary modifications available.
• Each guest will enjoy six freshly shucked oysters (three types, two each).
• The remaining three courses are exclusive creations by our chefs, not featured on our regular menu.
