Welcoming the Spring equinox and marking the transition from the quiet introspection of winter to the vibrant, rising energy of Spring.
As the seasons shift, so do our bodies, minds, and energy. With longer days and the spark of life returning, we gather in this Yin immersion to honour a timeless moment of renewal and creation.
// CLEANSE · SHIFT · RENEW //
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Spring is aligned with the Wood element — the energy of becoming, growth, and new beginnings. Like young shoots breaking through the soil, Wood energy surges forward with vision, vitality, and creative potential.
This session is an opportunity to do a spring clean of our internal environment:
🌱 Release stagnant energy through yin postures and breathwork — a gentle “spring cleaning” of the body’s inner landscape.
🌱 Support the liver, the key organ of spring, to bring the whole body into greater balance.
🌱 Cultivate Wood energy through meditation, reconnecting with vision and growth.
🌱 Close with a long, nourishing Yoga Nidra — inviting release, deep rest, and wholeness.
This is the earth’s exhale — life blooming again after winter’s pause. Let go of the weight of what has been. Open to fresh energy. Align with the natural rhythm of renewal.
Join us for a beautiful journey through the mind-body-heart connection, on SUNDAY 21st of September, 10am-12:30am.

NEW TO YIN YOGA?
Yin Yoga is a powerful tool of regeneration designed to release tension in the muscles and work deeply the body’s connective tissues, it cleanses and rejuvenates at a cellular level. This slow-pace type of yoga is also a unique way to develop a mindful relationship with yourself, as you take time to go within and witness the body's sensations and subtle movements. More broadly, Yin provides a safe space to unwind and soothe our nervous system and allows to let go of deep layers of hidden stress and other types of holding.
