This Saturday! MICHAEL VDELLI AND ART OF DYSFUNCTION JOIN FORCES TO IGNITE A NEW ERA OF BLUES / ROCK
In a move set to send tremors through the BLUES / ROCK world, legendary blues-rocker Michael Vdelli has officially teamed up with the white-hot rising force ART OF DYSFUNCTION.
This potent collaboration marks the birth of a powerhouse lineup that fuses Vdelli’s decades of experience with the raw firepower of one of Australia’s most exciting young BLUES / ROCK
bands.
The result? A sound that’s as explosive as it is undeniable.
It all began back in 2021, when Vdelli first caught ART OF DYSFUNCTION live. “I saw something special,” recalls Vdelli. “The energy, the passion, the attitude—it reminded me of why I
started playing in the first place.” So impressed, he invited the band to open for VDELLI at a series of local shows. The chemistry was instant, and the crowd response electric.
By 2022, Michael had the boys join him on VDELLI’s European tour, where they opened to rave reviews night after night, winning over fans with their blistering live sets. The bond between them
deepened, and as sound checks turned into jam sessions, the seeds of something bigger were planted. Now, that spark has turned into a full-blown fire.
The Lineup That’s Changing the Game:
• Michael Vdelli – Guitar / Vocals: The veteran, the master of tone and soul, whose fierce
stage presence and command of the blues have captivated audiences worldwide.
• Michael Menna – Guitar / Vocals: A bona fide virtuoso, his lightning-fast licks and melodic
instinct bring a whole new dimension to the sound.
• Kelly McCarthy – Bass: With a formal music education and a feel that’
s second to none,
Kelly brings groove, depth, and versatility without losing an ounce of rock ‘n’ roll attitude.
• Royce Mack – Drums: Maximum power. Maximum feel. Royce’s blistering chops and
intuitive rhythm are the heartbeat of this high-voltage machine.
Together, they’re not just another band—they’re a BLUES / ROCK revelation, blending
generations of talent into a sonic juggernaut that delivers every single time they hit the stage.
“It started with respect, became a friendship, and now it’s something bigger than all of us,” says Vdelli. “We knew we had something special when we plugged in. Now we want the world to hear it!”
