1. Breathe Better, Dive Deeper:
Improve breathing mechanics and comfort, support clearer nasal breathing, and learn practical down-regulation skills for calmer dives and daily life.
2. Pranayama & Yoga for Depth:
Explore breathing anatomy and apply freediver-friendly yoga and breath awareness practices to improve mobility and breath-body coordination.
3. Core Locks & Lung Freedom:
Learn foundational yogic locks (throat, abdominal, pelvic floor) and freediver-relevant lung mobility work to support diaphragm control, core coordination, and pressure adaptation.
4. Freediver Body Mechanics & Technique:
Understand the key muscles and movement patterns for FIM, CWT, and CNF, then practice land-based technique drills and mobility patterns to make your movement more efficient in the water.
