Connecting to Art-Fulness

Looking for a creative space to express yourself and reconnect with the present? Envisage Creative Arts welcomes you to our new (𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝) 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐬 & 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 - a weekly gathering where creativity meets calm.

𝐀𝐫𝐭-𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 combines art making (drawing, painting, writing, collage, music & movement) with simple mindfulness practices to explore & express your inner experiences, perspective & story in a supportive, no-pressure environment.
No artistic skills needed, no judgement attached.
Just a sense of openness to connect with your own creativity in the present.
*𝐓𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞: This program is not based on art classes.
