Join a circle of like-minded souls and unwind from the week by letting go of the old and filling your body with Earth Energy and Light.
We will begin with a guided energy pull, where we will ground barefoot into the sand, breathe in the salty air, and pull the energy of the earth and ocean into our bodies.
Then we will share this energy as we gift and receive a bars session.
If you are not familiar with this technique, I will introduce you to it, showing you a few of the hand positions and how to connect with the energy of the body. You will feel nurtured and supported the whole time.
The amazing thing about Bars is that when you gift a session to someone, you also receive a Bars session, because that's how energy flows. And so you will be effortlessly receiving as you are giving, and then giving as you are receiving. And the potency will be magnified as we receive the energy of the earth and water. How does it get any better!

This is small group gathering so bookings are required.
Bring a towel or small blanket, water bottle, and a warm jacket. I will provide all other equipment.
