On arrival you can expect an explanation of how to best enjoy the space, followed by Q&A before the silence begins.

- Short & precise explanations of meditation techniques and philosophy
- A morning dynamic practice with meditation
- A restorative afternoon yin and meditation practice *both suitable for beginners
