Gaga provides a framework for discovering and strengthening the body. Adding flexibility, stamina, agility, skills like coordination and efficiency while stimulating the senses and imagination. Classes offer a workout that investigates form, speed, effort while traversing additional spectrums of soft and thick textures, delicacy and explosive power, understatement and exaggeration. Participants awaken numb areas, increase their awareness of habits,improve their efficiency of movement inside multilayered tasks and are encouraged to connect to pleasure inside moments of effort. Gaga is in continual evolution, the classes vary and develop accordingly.

The class is open to all people. No previous dance experience needed
