2025 NALAFEM SUMMIT

The Nalafem Summit is a flagship multigenerational platform shaping political futures. Since its inception, the Nalafem Summit has gathered over 1000+  participants online and in person and over 50+ speakers, over 25 partners.

• 2022 – Abuja, Nigeria: Launch of the I AM Nala Book and Nalafem’s 5-year strategy.
• 2023 – Nairobi, Kenya: Launch of the I AM Nala Fellowship, supporting 15 young women politicians.
• 2024 – Windhoek, Namibia: Launch of Nalafem100, a powerful intergenerational leadership network. Three months later, Patron Dr. Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah became Namibia’s first female president.
• 2025  – Nalafem Summit will spotlight the transformative leadership of African women in politics and peacebuilding, especially young women. It challenges the status quo by asking: How do we move from symbolic inclusion to real power?
