Summer Solstice FREE Chair Yoga

Join us for a FREE Chair Yoga Session created especially for veterans, but open to all community members who wish to breathe deeply, reduce stress, and align with the vibrant energy of the summer season.

🪑 This co-led class will be taught by certified yoga instructors:
Robin Downes of Yoga Flava and
Subhadra of Yoga Angels International.

• Build strength and flexibility
• Promote relaxation and mental clarity
• Be completely accessible—no experience required
• Be done entirely from the comfort of a chair
