Together, we will flow through intentional breathwork, Qi and somatic movement, meditation, and gratitude practices as the ocean invites us to slow down and reconnect.
The salt air cleanses, the sound bath soothes, and the rhythm of the waves mirrors your own inner calm. Come as you are and allow nature to restore you from the inside out.
