The time we spend together will include discussion, new information, experimenting with new techniques and intentions regarding food preparation and consumption, as well as a few tasting exercises.

Participants will leave with new connections to the practice of preparing and consuming food, a laminated contemplations poster, and a renewed inspiration to slow down and rediscover the joy of eating well, and intentionally!
