A crafting day with your friends makes you smarter, prettier, relaxed and fit. OK, it might not be scientifically proven, but it should be. Get out of the house and bring your crafts AND learn several new ones at Granny Crafts day at Freeland UMC on Saturday, March 7th, from 9 - 4:00pm. Check in and pastries begin at 8:30am.
Granny crafts are all of the fun and traditional activities our grandmothers used to do, but we don't make time for. Or don't know how. Or can't. This day beats all of that!
Some mini projects include:
embroidering
creating a mini journal
baking ?
weaving
candles
tin stamping
water paint
and MORE
All supplies for the mini projects are included, as well as a pasta bar lunch, soft drinks and dessert.
Each person gets a section of table where they can work on their own crafts (bring your scrapbooking, knitting, crochet, paper crafts) and instruction and supplies for mini crafts for $50.
Space is limited, high school agers and above. Reserve your space below and pay at the door or drop a check/cash to the church office during office hours, M - F, 9am - noon.
