From Bean to Bar | From Bean to Brew
A Guided Chocolate & Tea Tasting:
Join us for a guided, one-hour Tea and Chocolate Tasting featuring four of our signature chocolate teas paired alongside four of our bean-to-bar chocolates, all made from scratch right here in Tecumseh.
One cocoa bean, two applications. In chocolate making, no cocoa bean gets left behind.
At Harvest Chocolate, we roast every cocoa bean in small batches. The nib becomes chocolate. The husk becomes our chocolate tea. During this tasting, you’ll experience both sides of that story, from bean to bar, and from bean to brew.
We’ll begin with our Classic Chocolate Tea made purely from cocoa bean husks, then explore custom blends featuring seasonal ingredients, black tea, green tea, or rooibos. Each tea is thoughtfully paired with one of our bean-to-bar chocolates, crafted to complement and elevate the flavors in the cup.
Along the way, you’ll also learn:
• The real health benefits of chocolate
• The difference between theobromine and caffeine and why chocolate feels different than coffee
• How cacao naturally supports focus and mood
• How to brew chocolate tea at home
Taste chocolate in a way most people never have.
Everything is included and prepared specifically for the tasting. The menu will rotate seasonally, so each event offers something slightly different.
We keep this experience intentionally small with just 12 seats available, allowing for conversation, questions, and a more personal connection to the craft.
