Full Harvest Moon Sound Bath

Come relax and let yourself enjoy the beautiful sounds of singing bowls as you are led on a meditation to align your energy and remember your authentic self. September's full moon is the harvest moon. Bring a yoga mat, anti-gravity chair, or blanket. We will lay or sit to ground and align our energy centers during a meditation and sound bath. Sound baths consist of crystal singing bowls played at a special hz that resonates with your inner self, aligning your energy centers, while allowing your body to relax.
