On March 9th, 2013 our lives changed forever! That's the day that Sarah and I found out that our then 17 month old perfect baby boy Easton had type 1 diabetes. This was devastating to us and we couldn't even begin to imagine how this was going to affect our lives, or even more importantly his life later on. Now almost 12 years later we have learned a lot about this terrible disease and have realized what a strain this will be on his future. I am so happy that 12 years ago we had decided that we wanted to do anything and everything in our power to find a cure type 1 diabetes. We came across an organization that has the same goals as we do. JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) since 1970 has awarded more than $1.7 Billion in diabetes research in which every dollar they spend comes from donors like you. Walks are held all over the world to encourage studies in fields that will support T1D (Type 1 Diabetes) scientists, fund clinical trials, drive advocacy efforts to contact law makers and raises awareness of the disease. Like JDRF we will never stop fighting to help people just like Easton with T1D. We have taken what appears to be a small step in the fight but could lead to a giant leap towards a cure. I am happy to say that because of so much support from family and friends that Team Easton has raised over $150,000 for JDRF in the past 12 years. We will be holding the
13th Annual Easton's Quest For A Cure Golf Outing at Sawmill Golf Club at 19 Sawmill Blvd. Saginaw Mi. 48603 on Saturday August 2nd, 2025

If you or your employer would like to donate prizes for the golf outing these will go to good use raising money at the event. Things like golf balls, towels, clubs, gloves, putter, etc. will be perfect. We will also be selling tee box and green sponsorships for $200 which will get you your own customized tee box sign that will include your companies logo for everyone to see. Your logo & company name will also be on Easton's Quest Facebook page, in addition to being in all of the outings literature.
