Intro to Modern Calligraphy 6/1

Join me for a fun afternoon learning modern brush calligraphy at the lovely Calgo Gardens! This class will be held in their beautiful yurt (photo below of the room set up for yoga).

Brush calligraphy utilizes specific pens/markers that have flexible tips which allow you to create beautiful calligraphy strokes. Come solo or bring a friend, and feel free to BYO - let’s make it a fun spring celebration! This workshop is best suited for beginners or those who want to brush up on the basics.

In this 2-hour workshop, you will learn tips and tricks for proper brush pen use, the basic calligraphy strokes, how to build letters and words, helpful tips to work through common challenges, and more!

Your registration includes:

• 2 hours of instruction and hands-on guidance

• Penned by Pervin's detailed introductory workbook (a $65 value!)

• 3 high quality brush pens

• Practice paper and tracing paper

• Blank cards for practice
