Blurb: Slowcoast, the duo of singer/songwriter Lauren Wahl and guitarist/composer Bill Walker are excited to bring their new four piece band to at El Vaquero Winery.
From Bob: The band features Lauren’s pure, soaring voice (particularly on Mazzy Starr and Chris Isaac tunes) which has made her a Vaquero Winery favorite for years.
Bill’s lyrical, inventive guitar work has grown to include bassist Ken Norton and drummer Dave Roda.
With a playlist spanning over 6 decades that includes original tunes and fresh takes on contemporary and classic pop, rock, and RnB, Slow Coast covers songs from a diverse collection of artists that includes the Beatles, Jefferson Airplane, Jimi Hendrix, Neil Young, Fleetwood Mac, Hall and Oats, Portishead, Mazzy Star, Portugal The Man, Citizen Cope, Black Pumas, Norah Jones , Chris Isaac Kacey Musgraves, Amy Winehouse, Teddy Swims, and The Black Keys, and Lake Street Dive, to name a few.
Our Wine Club Pick Up is an all inclusive experience providing quality music, house made food, and a wine tasting of 16 wines!
This event is FREE for our wine club members plus 1 Guest, $25 for any additional guests. If you are a wine club member please write "MEMBER" into the NOTES section of reservation form.
