Step into the vibrant world of Urban Kiz—a modern, expressive evolution of traditional Kizomba. This dance is all about deep connection—with your partner, the music, and your own presence. Every movement tells a story, blending smooth rhythms with intentional, creative technique.

Our approach is about more than memorizing patterns. You'll learn to understand the how, why, and where of each move—empowering you to dance with clarity, purpose, and artistry. Through conscious movement and creative flow, you’ll discover your own unique dance language.

We’re offering a dynamic 8-week course with options for both Beginner and Intermediate dancers. Whether you’re taking your first steps or refining your craft, this is your space to grow and connect.

Perfect for those new to Urban Kiz. You'll learn:

· Core steps and lead/follow foundations
· Posture, body control, and spatial awareness
· How to move with presence and intentionality

No partner or prior experience needed—just curiosity and good vibes.

Designed for dancers with some Urban Kiz experience, this class will help you:

· Refine your connection and movement precision
· Explore dynamic transitions and expressive styling
· Build confidence through creative and mindful dancing
· We’ll guide you to think beyond steps and unlock deeper expression.

Practice what you’ve learned, connect with other dancers, and enjoy the flow in a casual, welcoming environment.

𝙈𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨

𝙎𝙖𝙧𝙖 has been dancing Urban Kiz for 6 years and teaching for 5 years, both in Denmark and internationally. She is part of the MetaKizz Instructor Team and trained by Jesus & Anni. Sara is known for her ability to break down the techniques behind each movement, making complex concepts clear and accessible. Her teaching helps students build solid foundations, improve their connection, and dance with confidence and intention.

𝙉𝙤𝙧𝙖 began her dance journey in 2015, discovering a deep passion for Kizomba in early 2023. Drawing on her broad dance exploration, including experience in ballet, she brings a strong focus on posture, body control, and movement precision to her teaching. Nora is passionate about helping students develop body awareness, unlock their creativity, and grow in a supportive, inclusive environment that encourages self-expression.
