Relational Presence – Communication as a Bridge to Connection
How we are in contact determines whether we experience closeness or distance, freedom or contraction. Many of us long for deeper connection, yet unconsciously repeat patterns of withdrawal, defense, or not feeling truly seen.
This weekend workshop invites you into a space of embodied exploration, where communication becomes a pathway to presence – not a strategy for control, but a gateway to real contact.
You will be supported to:
✨ Listen with your whole body and attune to what is unspoken.
✨ Stay visible in relationship without losing yourself.
✨ Be met in your authenticity without falling into adaptation or resistance.
✨ Discover how genuine dialogue emerges when we release the need to convince, perform or defend.
We cultivate transparent communication – the capacity to let what is alive in us be seen and felt in the relational field – and radical honesty – the courage to include our inner experience in connection, without manipulation or withdrawal. This is not about bluntness or confrontation, but about mature presence, attuned expression, and relational integrity.
Through meditation, somatic presence, and experiential exercises, we create a safe and grounded space to explore how words, silence, and embodied awareness become bridges to true connection — with ourselves and one another.
Facilitator:
Alex Gamberini is a psychotherapist and Somatic Experiencing practitioner with deep expertise in trauma healing. His work integrates neurobiology, body-based awareness, and contemplative practice in a grounded and compassionate approach.

Hvordan vi er i kontakt, afgør, om vi oplever nærhed eller afstand, frihed eller fastlåsning. Mange af os længes efter dybere forbindelse, men gentager ubevidst mønstre, hvor vi trækker os, forsvarer os eller ikke føler os set.
Dette weekendkursus er for dig, der vil:

Gennem meditation, dialogøvelser og kropsligt nærvær skaber vi et trygt eksperimenterende rum, hvor vi kan undersøge, hvordan ord, stilhed og sansning bliver veje til ægte kontakt – med os selv og hinanden.
🌀 Underviser:
Alex Gamberini er psykoterapeut og Somatic Experiencing-praktiker med ekspertise i traumeheling. Han forener neurovidenskab, psykoterapi og spirituel praksis i en nænsom, men præcis tilgang, hvor dyb kropslig fordybelse møder relationel støtte.
