YOGA TEACHER GROWING GROUP - With Blanka Buzas
Does the yoga teacher in you need a supportive community to build its confidence and find its voice?
Step out of your comfort zone – in a safe space – that’s where life starts to have more spice. :)
In our Teacher Growing Group, we will meet every Wednesday for 2 hours over 4 weeks to practice guiding different flows, breathworks, meditations – and whatever comes up – give and receive constructive feedback, and experiment to find our yoga voice.
If you would like to be part of a community of yoga teachers where we reflect, share ideas, thoughts, fears, overcome blocks, and grow together – this is for you!

Whether you just realized you want to be a yoga teacher, if you just started your training or if you have already been teaching for a while, but are eager for support and meeting people on the same journey as you.
ABOUT THE FACILITATOR - Blanka Buzas
"I have always looked for answers in movement & connection. I strongly believe that we were born to move but yoga have also thaught me how to stay still. Learning how to feel what we need the most at the current moment that'll help us be present & grow.
I have been giving all kinds of classes to my siblings, neighbours, friends since I can remember but still; after becoming a yoga teacher I got scared. I got scared of not being ready to teach, not having enough to give.
I believe I'm not alone -that's why I'm here-, creating a community to support each other on this journey. :) Because the world needs every single one of us."
